"With several good quality presses in Mumbai, printing is a competitive business. Clients are uncompromising on quality and schedules but not particular about timely payments. This places an avoidable strain on the printer."
"There are some clients that we have been working for but never met personally for the past four years. This has been possible due to the Internet. Still, most of our jobs are such that they can not be done without some interaction and personal touch. Internet is useful for business as a communication and information tool. Net replacing paper printing, however, seems to be a little far fetched. "
"I belong to the third generation of a printing family, so printing is really in my blood. My work keeps me occupied most of the time. When I am not working, I like to be with my wife and children."
