"There is still a huge untapped market for Pad Printing Machines in India. The machines being made in the country are comparable to the best in the world. However, the users have not developed full confidence in the Indian machines. This is primarily because, some of the players in the market are unable to educate and train the users and are also not able to provide the after sale support. This gives a bad name to the entire industry.

"We do not have a marketing set up all over the world but are today able to sell globally due to the inquiries that we receive from the Internet. The Net is not only a great marketing tool; it has also reduced the cost of communication dramatically.
