Sealed tenders are invited from the Manufacturers of Computer paper for executing a Rate contract for supply of Computer papers of specifications and approximate quantity as mentioned below. The offers are to be submitted in sealed quotations addressed to Sr. Manager (P and A), Corp. C. S. Branch, 8th floor, `B` Block, Vidyut Bhavan, Kolkata- 700091 along with the copies of following testimonials:
a)ST. Clearance certificate,b)I.T. Clearance certificate,
c)Trade license,d)SSI Registration certificate (if applicable),e)Copies of orders executed with major Govt./ Non-Govt. organisations,f)Sample of paper(s). Specification of Computer papers:
1)132 Col. Computer paper (15x12x1) 60 GSM- EZR: 20,00,000 (approx. Annual Requirement).
2)132 Col. Computer paper (15x12x2) 60 GSM-EZR: 3,00,000 (approx. Annual Requirement).
3)80 Col. Computer paper (10x12x1) 60 GSM-EZR: 12,00,000 (approx. Annual Requirement).
4)80 Col. Computer paper (10x12x2) 60 GSM- EZR: 7,00,000 (approx. Annual Requirement).
Sealed quotations clearly mentioning rate of tax if any along with the aforesaid documents are to be submitted by 30.05.2005 at 2 p.m. at Corp. C.S. Branch at the above address. The quotations will be opened in presence of attending tenderers, if any at 3 p.m. on the same date. WBSEB will execute a rate contract for supply of the papers for a Security Deposit at 5 per cent of the approximate value will be retained for the entire period of the contract and will be refunded later on (interest free) subject to satisfactory performance.
