Tender Notice No 1 of 2005 – 2006
Sealed tenders are invited from the reputed (registered with Sales Tax Authority) concerns located in Kolkata and its adjoining areas for supply of the following items
1) Envelopes
2) Stationery Articles and
3) Packing Materials
Tender forms will be obtainable from the Council Office at the above address on payment of Rs.100/- only for each category of items from 10.05.2005 to 25.05.2005 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. on any working day. The last date for submission of completed tender form is 26.05.2005 upto 12.00 noon. Tender forms will not be sent by post. Tender forms will be opened on 26.05.2005 at 1.00 p.m. for Stationery Articles and on 27.05.2005 at 12.00 noon for Packing Materials and Envelopes at Vidyasagar Bhavan, 9/2, Block-DJ, Sector-ll, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700 091
The Council reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
