Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufactures for supply of approximately 1500000 Food grade HDPE/ PP woven sacks with liner for packing 50 Kg of sugar strictly conforming to ISI specification no. IS–14968:2001 and latest amendment, if any, to our sugar factories located in Uttar Pradesh during season 2006-07.
Technical & Commercial bid may be followed by negotiation if required. Central or State Government undertaking can also apply if they have successfully supplied HDPE/ P.P. Woven sacks for 50 kg sugar packing directly from manufacturer for at least three years to sugar industry or any other industries/ sectors.
Tender document shall be issued against cash payment of Rs.500 or Demand Draft drawn in favour of UP State Sugar Corporation Ltd., payable at Lucknow.
Prospective tenderers can obtain tender document from the office of the undersigned on working days from 19.02.2007 to 26.02.2007 upto 12.30 pm. The tenders shall be accepted on 26.02.07 upto 2.00 pm and shall be opened at 3.00 pm on same day. The tenderers shall be required to submit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.2,00,000 alongwith their tenders through a bank draft drawn in favour of the UP, State Sugar Corporation Limited payable at Lucknow. Tender without requisite EMD shall not be accepted.
The Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
