Annexure `A` for detailed technical specification of the Machines is enclosed with the tender form. The tender form can be obtained from the undersigned office by paying Rs.300/- (postal charge extra) upto 11.05.06 on any working day. The tenderer should submit the sealed tender upto 12.05.06 by 11.00 a.m. The sealed tenders will be opened on 12.05.06 at 12.30 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers. Advance security money as mentioned above in the shape of National Saving Certificate/ Term Deposit Certificates of any Nationalised banks and it should be pledged in favour of the Director Printing and Stationery U.P., Allahabad.

It should be enclosed with the technical bid of each tender. Tenders can be submitted for one or all machines, but it should be mentioned clearly in technical bid. Those tender without advance security money, will not be accepteded and their financial bid will not be opened. Detailed technical specification/ terms and conditions can be seen at the notice board of the undersigned office on any working day. The Director Printing and Stationery has the right to reject totally or partially without any reason.
