Sealed two part Tenders are invited by the undersigned for the supply of HDPE crates from manufacturers for the year 2005-2006 for a period of one year from the date of award of the contract.
Sl. no.:
Name of the items: HDPE crates made out of hard grade HDPE granules suitable for holding 20 milk pouches of 1/2 ltr or 10 milk pouches of 1 ltr.
Quantity tendered (approximately): 1,00,000 Nos. +/- 25%
Cost of Tender Documents: Rs.300/- + 12% S.T.+ 5% S.C. on S.T. (Rs.100/- extra if documents sent through by Post or Courier)
E.M.D. payable: Rs.1,00,000 payable by means of DD drawn in favour of Joint Managing Director, TCMPF Ltd., Chennai - 98
Testing charges: Rs.6000/- payable by means of DD drawn in favour of Joint Managing Director, TCMPF Ltd., Chennai - 98
Sale of Tender Documents (in person): From 14.11.2005 to 05.12.2005 on all working days between 11 am and 4 pm.
Sale of Tender Documents by post: From 14.11.2005 to 30.11.2005 on all working days.
Pre-bid meeting: 11.00 a.m. on 25.11.2005
Time & date of submission of both Part I & II Tenders (with EMD): Upto 3 pm on 06.12.2005
Time, date & venue of opening of Part I Technical bids: 3.30 pm on 06.12.2005 Office of the Joint Managing Director, TCMPF Ltd., 29 & 30 Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 098 in the presence of Tenderers who opt to be present
Time & date of opening of Part II Commercial bids: Within 45 working days from the date of opening of Part-I Technical Bids. The date/ time will be notified in respect of those who qualify in the part-I Technical Bids and Quality tests.
Other conditions:
1) The Tenders submitted beyond the date / time fixed shall be summarily rejected. The Federation shall not accept any responsibility for postal delay.
2) In the event of the last date for submission falling on Holiday, acceptance / opening of the tenders will be on the next working day at the same time and venue.
3) The decision of the Managing Director, TCMPF shall be final, inclusive and binding in all the matter relating to the Tender.
