Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of following items on `as is where is basis` available from our press at Bhosari, Pune and our main office at F.C. Road, Pune
Item No.: 1
Newsprint waste items such as printed waste (approx. qty = 26 mt), Unprinted tear off (approx. qty = 8 mt), Reelends snp white and pink (approx. qty = 16 mt), and other waste items for the period July 2009 to September 2009
Item No.: 2
Press garbage consisting of sweepings, old records, corrugated boxes, used carbon paper etc. but excluding oil soaked cheese cloth on weight basis for the period July 2009 to September 2009 - (approx. qty = 8 mt)

Production related scrap items such as offset aluminium plates, empty G.I. and plastic cans and buckets, rubber blankets, dirty oil with drums, empty oil and grease drums, plastic strapping roll with Core, Offset Ink, Core Plugs, Wooden Scrap, Plastic Drums, Ink Cartridges and Toner Cartridges etc. for the period July 2009 to September 2009.
Detailed inspection of materials & tender forms and conditions of sale can be had free from Mr. Chetan Pandit, The Times Of India, Business & Commercial Department, Plot 119, Sector 10, P.C.N.T.D.A., Village Bhosari, Pune 411 026, on 10th to 12th June 09 between 2.30 and 5.30 p.m only.
Interested parties may send in their sealed tenders accompanied by DD/ Pay Order for Rs.25,000/- for item no.(1) (2) (3) being EMD drawn on M/s. Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., payable at Pune addressed to Mr. Soumya Laha, Dy. Chief Manager – Business and Commercial, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., The Times Of India, Times House, 577, F.C. Road, Shivajinagar, Pune 411004. The tenders should reach us latest by 5:30 pm on 12th June 2009. Negotiations for the same will be held on 15th June 2009 at Times Press, Bhosari from 11:00 onwards.
The supply against the accepted tenders will commence from 01st July 2009 onwards. The company reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
