Sealed Tenders are invited by the Director Printing & Stationery U.P., Allahabad on behalf of Honourable Governor of Uttar Pradesh for the following Machines from the manufacturers/ authorized dealers for our Government branch presses situated at Allahabad, Lucknow, Rampur and Varanasi under modernization scheme:

Annexure `A` for detailed technical specification of the Machines is enclosed with the tender form. The tender form can be obtained from the undersigned office by paying Rs.300/- (postal charges extra) upto 02.01.08 on any working day. The tenderer should submit the sealed tender upto 03.01.08 by 11.00 a.m. The sealed tenders will be opened on 03.01.08 at 11.30 am, in the presence of the tenderers. Advance security money as mentioned above in the shape of National Saving Certificate/ Term Deposit Certificates of any Nationalized Banks and it should be pledged in favour of the Director Printing & Stationery UP., Allahabad. It should be enclosed with the technical Bid of each tender. Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. Tenders can be submitted for one or all machines, but it should be mentioned clearly in technical Bid. Those tender without advance security money, will not be accepted and their financial bid will not be opened. Detailed technical specifications/ terms & conditions can be seen at the notice board of the undersigned office on any working day. The Director Printing & Stationery has the right to reject the tender totally or partially without any reason.
