Annexure `A` for detailed technical specification of the Machines is enclosed with the tender form. The tender form can be obtained from the undersigned office by paying Rs.300/- (postal charges extra) upto 08.02.07 on any working day. The tenderers should submit the sealed tender upto 09.02.07 by 11.00 am. The sealed tenders will be opened on 09.02.07 at 11.30 am in the presence of the tenderer. Advance security money as mentioned above in the shape of National Saving Certificate/ Term Deposit Certificate of any Nationalized Bank/ Bank Guarantee of any Nationalized Bank which should be valid upto one year and it should be pledge in favour of the Director, Printing and Stationery, U.P., Allahabad.

It should be enclosed with the technical Bid of each other. Tender can be submitted for one or all Machines, but it should be mentioned clearly in technical bid. Those tender without advance security money, will not be accepted and their financial bid will not be opened. Detailed technical specifications/ terms and conditions can be seen at the notice board of the undersigned office on any working day. The Director Printing and Stationery has the right to reject the tender totally or partially without any reason.
