Notice Inviting Tender
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) hereby invites bids from experienced firms/ organizations to bid for the following work of the National Highways:

Description of work: Supply and installation of Retro-reflective Signage Boards for Toll Plaza at Km 748.600 of NH-4 in Satara District of Maharashtra
Estimated cost: Rs.29,75,000/-
Earnest Money: Rs.74,375/-
Cost of document (Non-refundable): Rs.3,000/-
Period of work: 3 months (including monsoon)
The complete Bid documents may be obtained from the address for communication given below from 24.04.06 to 15.05.06 between 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. on any working day between 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. on payment of non-refundable document fee in the form of DD favouring National Highways Authority of India payable at Pune. If the document is required by post/ courier, an additional sum of Rs.500/- (for postage in India) should be sent alongwith the DD. These documents can be downloaded from NHAI Website www.nhai.org. Applicants submitting the downloaded version would need to pay the cost of documents along with the application in the above manner. The amendments/ clarifications to the bid documents will also be available on the above website.
The last date for submission of the bid documents is 27.05.06 upto 12.00 hrs. (IST).
The bids would be opened on 27.05.06 at 15.00 hrs. in the presence of the representatives of the bidders, if any.
