TNPL would like to fix up transport contractors for transportation of Paper as per details given below:
1) Paper Reels/ Bundles/ Copier boxes/ Note Book boxes - from Kagithapuram to various destinations all over India.
2) Copier Paper boxes from Kagithapuram to various destinations within Tamil Nadu.
3) Paper Reels/ Bundles (small lots - between 3 MT and 9 MT) from Kagithapuram to various destinations throughout India.
The details of destinations and estimated quantity to be transported for a period of one year from 01.07.2007 are available in the Tender Documents.
Interested Bank Approved Transport Contractors may download the Tender Documents from our website www.tnplteflders.com. Tender Documents can also be obtained from Manager (Purchase) at the above address on payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of Rs.500/- by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited, payable at Karur.
The duly tilled in Tender Documents along with EMD amount of Rs.50,000/- and The Documents / details called for in the tender should be submitted before 3.00 pm. on 09.05.2007.
TNPL will follow Two Bid System viz. Commercial Bid and rice Bid. Only those who qualify in the Commercial Bid ill be considered for Price Bid opening. TNPL, will not be responsible for postal or any other delay and reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders at its own discretion.
