For and on behalf of the Governor of Tamil Nadu Sealed Tenders are invited for the supply of leaf colour chart as mentioned below by the undersigned at 3.00 pm on the date noted below. The Tenders will be opened by 3.30 pm on the same date in the presence of Tenders (or) the agents appointed by them.

Cost of Tender schedule including Sales Tax (Not refundable): 5000 + 400 (ST & SC) = Rs. 5400
Time to be allowed for Complete Supply: 1 month
1) Tender schedule can be had from the Office of Director of Research, TNAU, CBE on production demand draft for Rs.5,400/-drawn in favour of Director of Research, TNAU, CBE payable at SBI, TNAU branch, CBE-3.
2) Date of issuing the Tender Schedule: 7.11.2005 to 16.11.2005
3) Last date of receipt of Tender: 18.11.2005 upto 3.00 pm
4) Last date of opening Tender: 18.11.2005 3.30 pm
5) The following certificates & items are to be submitted
i) Live Company Registration Certificate
ii) Certificate in proof of regular payment of income tax
iii) Certificate for supply of LCC to other Organization and Government Departments.
iv) A sample of the leaf colour charts currently on commercialization.
6) Tenderer who offered the lowest rate consistent with quality product will be approved and the approved tenderer will have to pay an additional Security Deposit of Rs.50,000/- as Demand draft drawn in favour of the Director of Research, TNAU, Coimbatore. The work order will be issued after receipt of additional Security Deposit.
7) If the above mentioned last date for receipt of Tender is declared as a Government Holiday for any other reason the Tender will be obtained on the next day itself at the same time and opened as per terms and conditions.
8) The undersigned reserves right to accept or reject any tender without assigning the reason thereof.
9) The undersigned should have to be consulted at the time of printing the LCC and after confirmation by the undersigned or by the authorized person for quality of the colour chips, the final printing should have to be undertaken.
