Syndicate Bank invites sealed tenders from Manufacturers/ Authorised Dealers of Heavy Duty Currency Note Sorting Machines with 4 + 1 pockets for use at its various Currency Chests.
Tender documents may be obtained from our office at the above address from 01.10.2005 to 15.10.2005 between 10 AM and 5 PM on all working days (between 10 AM and 2 PM on Saturdays). Interested vendors can also log on to the Bank`s web site and download the tender documents.

The responses may be submitted to this office on or before 17.10.2005 by 14.30 Hours along with a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs.4000/- and a refundable Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.1,50,000/- by way of a Bank Draft favouring Syndicate Bank drawn on any Bank and payable at Bangalore. Submission of tenders beyond the stipulated date and time will not be entertained.
Note: The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the responses to this advertisement and / or cancel the process altogether without assigning any reason whatsoever.
