Expression of Interest/ Prequalification Tender
The General Manager, Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad (M.P.) Invites Expression of Interest/ Prequalification Tenders for supply of ``Polyester Security Thread having vacuum Metallised/ demetallised English and Devnagari Scripts with Fluorescent colour and suitable adhesive for windowed application``.
Pre-qualification criteria:
1) The bidder should have successfully executed order for minimum quantity of 3 MT of Security thread, to any reputed Security paper manufacturers/ Banks/ Government agencies.
2) They should be having an annual turnover of at least 30% of the cost of respective material.
General Condition:
Manufacturer or their authorized agents, Govt. organization/ agencies who are dealing in the item and are capable of arranging the supply may forward the following information to General Manager, Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad (M.P.) 461 005 so as to reach this office latest by 13.11.06.
The bidder should also confirm specifically that:
a) He is competent and legally authorized to submit and / or to enter into legally binding contract.
b) He will under take NOT to reveal/ divulge the details of the security features to any third party and also NOT to supply any of these items with same specification.
c) He will absolve the purchaser against any infringement of patent right and other contract provisions.
d) He will maintain complete records of material purchased, manufactured, accepted, rejected, supplied etc. and make available to purchaser as and when required and will abide him for destruction/ surrender to the rejected/ waste security condition.
e) He has testing/ certification facilities for all the parameters of specifications.
f) He will provide facilities/ documents to purchaser`s inspecting officers for assessing his capacity and security organization/ set up as well as technology.
g) The firms who are considered satisfactory on examination of documents provided by them may need to be inspected by common teams for assessing their capacity technological proficiency and security set up. The firm should convey their acceptance for this.
