Notice Inviting Tenders
Sub: Manufacture and supply of 250 metric tones of Azure Law Ivory Shade Envelope Paper in reel for printing postal envelopes.
1) Sealed tenders (Techno-commercial and Price Bids separately) are invited by the General Manager, Security Printing Press, Hyderabad from the indigenous paper mills for manufacture and supply of 250 Metric Tonnes of Azurelaid Ivory Shade Envelope Paper in reels for printing of postal envelopes. Tenders from Angents/ Stockist. Dealers shall not be accepted.
2) The tender document containing detailed specifications of the paper terms and conditions may be obtained from the undersigned on payment of Rs.560/- (Non- refundable) with a requisition on the firm`s letter-head in the form of Demand Draft (drawn in favour of the General Manager, Security Printing Press, (A unit of SPMCIL) Hyderabad) Tender document is not transferable.
3) The firms sending requisitions by post for mailing of Tender Documents, must superscribe the words ``Requisition for dispatch of tender documents for supply of 250 Metric Tonnes Azurelaid Ivory Shade Envelope Paper duty mentioning the Tender Notice No. and date`` on the envelope in which the requisition is sent. The paper mills who desire to have the tender document by hand, should depute their authorised representative only alongwith letter of authority to collect the tender document.
The Tender Documents will be issued: Upto 2.00 pm on 19.02.07
Last date for receipt of tenders (both Techno Commercial and Price Bids): Upto 2.00 pm on 20.02.2007
Opening of Techno-Commercial bids: At 300 pm on 20.02.2007.
