Sealed Tenders are Invited in a two cover system from the 4 colour sheet fed offset printers to execute the printing of Multi-colour Serve Shiksha Abhiyan Teaching & Learning Materials on 300 GSM Indian Art Board C2S of Size 58.5 x 91 cm. Printed boards are to be Laminated on both sides with Bopp film of 12 microns. Printed boards are to be trimmed as per the specifications and packing to be done according to the requirement in Corrugated Boxes of 120 GSM-18 BF with 5 ply in 3 different sizes. 2/3/4 boxes will contain 25 sets of the finished products each 25 tied up with nylon rubber band. Each set has to be packed in polythene bag and then put into Corrugated Boxes.
Specifications of corrugated box are as follows:
120 GSM - 18 BF, with 5 ply of size: 18`` x 23`` x 7.5``
The tender forms can be had from the above address up to 3.00 p.m. on 08.03.2007 from 10.00 am to 5.00 p.m. on all working days against Demand Draft for Rs.540/- drawn in favour of the State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Chennai, payable at Chennai. The sealed Tender will be received up to 3.00 pm on 09.03.2007 and will opened at 3.15 pm. on the same day. The State Project Director reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders received without assigning any reasons therefore.
