Documentary evidence will be required of all bidders that they have the qualifications, experience and capacity to be able to complete the contract on time for the IEC Materials offered. 5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on tne submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee Rs. 1000/- in the fonrt of a Demand Draft in favour of Maharashtra State AIDS Control Society, payable at Mumbai dunng office hours from 11.00 to 16.00 hrs, on all working days either in person or by post Bid document will safe on 19th September 2005. 6.
