Printing and supply of Diaries-2006
Sealed quotations are invited from reputed printers and suppliers of diaries for printing and supply of Reserve Bank of Indias two type of diaries viz. Regular and Appointment for the year 2006. Printers and Suppliers of diaries should have in the past two years successfully executed individual customers orders of supplying more than 25000 Regular diaries (size 24 cm x 17.5 cm or bigger) in a year. The specifications of the diaries (two types) as well as terms and conditions are furnished in the Annexures I and II, respectively. The same are also available in the office of the undersigned between 11.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. on any working day (Saturday 11.00 to 13.00 hrs.) from 5th July, 2005 to 22nd July, 2005.
The quotations in two parts i.e. Part I. containing details of past performance/ experience duly supported by copies of supply orders/ bills together with a bank draft for Rs.25,000/- drawn in favour of Reserve Bank of India and payable at Mumbai towards Earnest Money Deposit and Part II containing the rates (in prescribed performa) should be submitted in two separate sealed covers addressed to Shri V. S. Das, Chief General Manager-in-Charge, Department of Administration and Personnel Management, Reserve Bank of India, Central Office, Mumbai - 400 001 and I superscribed Supply of Banks Diaries 2006 should reach him not I later than 16.00 hrs. on 25th July, 2005. The quotations, which are not submitted in the prescribed manner will not be accepted. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons.
