The tender document can be purchased on payment of Rs.300/- (Add Rs.100/- if required by post) for each item separately in cash or by DD favouring RCDF Ltd., Jaipur upto the preceding day of opening of the tender. The tenders will be received upto 3 pm on opening day and same will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm. The tenders will be submitted in two envelope method as per details given in the tender, one envelop should contain Technical part with EMD and second envelop to contain only Financial bid. Earnest money @ 2% (in form of DD in favour of RCDF Ltd., Jaipur) of the value of quantity offered by the tenderer must be deposited alongwith the tender. RCDF reserve right to reject or accept any or all tenders in part or full without assigning any reason thereof.
