Supply and Scanning of Reflex Sheets
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed printers as per specifications, terms and conditions detailed in the tender form, for Supply and Scanning of Optical Mark Reader Reflex sheets.
The terms and conditions for submitting the tender are as follows:
Earnest money deposit for the supply and scanning of the reflex sheets is Rs.2,00,000.
Tender forms can be obtained from PE.B. on remitting a demand draft of Rs.1000/- in favour of Professional Examination Board, M. P. payable at Bhopal along with an application on the letterhead of the interested party. Tender from will be available for sale from 05.01.06 to 24.01.06 between 11.00 am to 3.00 pm on all working days.
Tender froms can also be obtained by post by remitting a Bank Draft of Rs.1100/- in favour of `Professional Examination Board, Bhopal` payable at Bhopal, by superscribing on envelope `Request for tender form for supply and Scanning of Reflex Sheets (Tender No.01/2006)
Last date for receipt of the completed tender form at PEB Office, Bhopal, is 24.01.06, 3.30 pm. Tenders are scheduled to be opened on 24.01.06 at 4.30 pm in the presence of tenderes or their authorized representatives.
The undersigned reserves the right to cancel any one or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
