2) Last date of receiving applications against this advt. tender is 19.04.2005.
3) Tender documents will be issued to the selected firms on their postal addresses on 05.05.2005.
4) Quotations will be received upto 27.05.2005 (2.00 p.m.) and will be opened on the same day at 14.30 hrs.
5) Specification & Paper particulars can be obtained from: CQA(ME), Kirkee, Pune-411 003 on payment.
6) Firms to submit list of their installed plant and machineries.
7) Firms also should submit brief process schedule to undertake production of this item, alongwith their application(s).
8) Applications of firms found without particulars as per Terms & Conditions No. (6) and (7) are liable for rejection
9) Firms those who are already supplying these items to any Ordnance Factory will not be considered for this tender, and hence they need not apply since this is for Source Generation.
10) Item No. 5, 6 and 7 is required to be supplied in matching Quantity and in Conjunction.
11) Only Indian Vendors should apply against this advertisement
12) Cost of-tender documents is Rs.100/- for each item (Non refundable basis) to be paid in the form of Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of The General Manager, Ordnance Factory Chanda, Chandrapur Ordnance Factory Post Office (Pin 442 501) or through Bank Draft drawn on State Bank of India, Bhadrawati Ordnance Factory Branch (Code No. 4711). (demand drafts drawn on other than SBI Code No. 4711 will not be entertained. Which may please be noted carefully.)
13) While applying for Tender documents, the firm should mention the Store for which the Tender document is required. Separate application be made for each item indicating Tender Reference No./ & Date with separate Postal Order or Bank Draft, otherwise their applications may be ignored.
14) The firms who are registered with SSI/NSIC for such item(s)/ technologically similar item(s) need not pay the cost of tender documents. Photocopy of such valid registration for the above mentioned item(s) should be enclosed alongwith the application for tender documents.
15) The General Manager, Ordnance Factory Chanda reserves the right to reject any OR all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
