Notice Inviting Tender
Sealed tenders are invited on behalf of the President of India for printing & supply of SPBL (Self Adhesive Laminated Laser Printed Barcode Labels) from the reputed and registered manufacturers/ dealers/ suppliers. A sample of label is available with the Asst. Manager, Printing Section Office of the Superintendent, Postal Stores Depot, Nashik during working hours.
Particulars of tender are:
Estimated Cost : Rs. 2,85,000/-
Earnest Money Deposit: Rs.7,000/-
Contract Period : One Year
Cost of tender form : Rs.500/-
The tender must be submitted in two sealed covers, one containing the Technical Bid and the EMD receipt and the other containing the Price Bid. The tender form will be available between 1000 hours to 1500 hours on all working days with effect from 20.09.2005 to 18.10.2005 in this office.
The last date for acceptance of tender is 18.10.2005 up to, 1500 hours. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 1530 hours in the presence of such of the tenderers who may wish to remain present at their own expenses.
