Tender Notice
Sealed tenders super scribed with the words Tender for Printing and Writing Paper for 2005-2006, for the supply of 1500 MT White Offset Paper of 60 GSM without watermark for general work of different departments of Govt. of M.P. to Govt. Presses at Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore and Rewa and 300 M.T. Watermark White Offset paper of 60 GSM for Bhopal and other Offices/ Institutions are invited from the Paper Mills or their Authorised representatives. Paper Mills having Annual Excise Clearance for 20,000 Metric Tonnes paper annually for item 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Annexure-II in the tender and for approximately 1550 Metric Tonnes other quality paper for which conditions of Mill`s, production capacity is not applicable. Tenders complete in all respects must reach this office latest by 1.00 p.m. on 30th June, 2005. Tenders will be considered only in the forms supplied by us and only in the manner prescribed and under terms and conditions mentioned in the tender form.
The Technical Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e. 30th June, 2005 at 3-00 p.m. in the Office of the undersigned in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives as may be present. The date of opening of Commercial Tenders will be intimated later on to only those who qualify the requirements of technical tender. The tender and other documents received after the prescribed date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The details of specifications of the paper and quantity required is given in the Tender Form. Tender form can be obtained from Office of The Controller, Govt. Printing and Stationery, M.P, Bhopal – 462 011 in person on any working day during working hours upto 29th June, 2005 up to 4.00 p.m. of the cost of Rs.1000 each in cash or by post for Rs.1100 payable by demand draft in favour of the Controller, Govt. Printing and Stationery, M.P, Bhopal. Postal order/ Money order will not be accepted. The Tender form will be sent by post only when the required Bank draft and application for purchase of tender form is received in this Office upto 25th June, 2005. The tender form will be dispatched by Registered Post or by Speed Post or Courier Services but this office will not be responsible if it is delivered late due to postal delay at both ends. It is advisable that Tender Forms are obtained in person. Cost of Tender Form once received shall not be refunded.
All the powers of acceptance and rejection of the tender/ tenders will be absolutely reserved with the Controller, Govt. Printing and Stationery, M.P, Bhopal.The details of the Tender documents and the draft of the agreements can be seen on the M.P. Govt.
