Sale Notice
Under orders of the Hon`ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad UP dated 05.09.2008 passed in Company Petition No. 30 of 2006, movable of M/s Utsav Prakashan Ltd. (In Liquidation) situated at Plot No. S-3, Industrial Area of M.I.D.C. Village Nildoh, of Hingna Road, Nagpur – 440 016 will be put to sell on ``as is where is basis and whatever there is basis``.
Description of assets
1. Plant and Machinery – Automatic Shearing Machine, Paper Cutting Machine, Tradil type Printing Machine, Automatic Machine, Box Punching Machine, Four colour offset printing machine. Plate making machine, Single Colour printing machine, Plate making machine etc.
2. Other movable assets – Steel Almirah, Steel Rack, Air conditioner, Revolving Chair. 24 Tones capacity container, Wooden Table etc.

Reserve Price (Rs.): 8,25,000/–
Earnest Money (Rs.): 82,500/–
Inspection date/time: 07.10.08 / 11 am to 5.30 pm
Submission of Tender: Tender may be sent on prescribed form in sealed cover up to 1.00 PM on 22.10.2008 in the office of Official Liquidator, UP, 33, Tashkand Marg, Civil Lines, Allahabad. The offer should be submitted along with bank draft in respect of earnest money drawn in favour of Official Liquidator, UP. Allahabad payable at Allahabad and the same shall be considered by the Hon`ble Company Judge, High Court Allahabad in his Chamber on 22.10.2008 at 2.00 P.M.
Payment Terms: The highest bidder will be required to deposit 25% of the bid amount excluding earnest money within 30 days of acceptance of bid and the remaining amount shall be deposited within another 30 days without interest or the same can be deposited within 90 days from acceptance of bid along with interest of 18% per annum. Further delay unless allowed by Court shall render acceptance of bid void.
The sale shall be confirmed subject to the orders of the Hon`ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and the Hon`ble High Court shall have the right to accept the offers or set aside the sale in favour of the purchasers/bidders even after the sale is confirmed and/or purchase consideration is paid on such terms and conditions as the Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest and benefit of creditors/contributories, and all concerned and employees or in the public interest. The tenderers are duty bound to know about the titles of immovable properties.
