The Director, RandDE (Engrs), Alandi Road, Kalas, Pune – 411 015 for and on behalf of the President of India, invites sealed tenders for supply, installation and testing of Photo Identity Card Printing machine cum Time Attendance System as per the specification.
The Tender documents with detailed specifications can be obtained on written request against payment of non-refundable Rs.100/- by Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Director, RandDE (Engrs), payable at Pune.
Last date of issue of Tenders Date 06 June 2003 upto 1300 hrs
Last date of receipt of Tenders Date 17 June 2003 upto 1300 hrs
Opening date of Tenders Date 17 June 2003 at 1400 hrs
Date and delayed tenders shall not be considered.
Tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit at the rate of 2percent value of the quoted rates by crossed Demand Draft obtained from any Natinoalised Bank and drawn in favour of The Director, RandDE (Engrs) payable at Pune. The Earnest Money Deposit of successful tenderers shall be converted into security deposit and will be refunded after completion of work within stipulated time.
The Director, RandDE (Engrs) Pune reserves the right to reject or accept any or all tenders without assigning any reasons and also, to conduct negotiations if considered necessary.
