Sub : Tender for printing and supply of excise label
Sealed Tenders are invited under Two cover bid system from reputed high Security Web offset and Intaglio Security features printers with computerized variable data printing facilities as per specifications the tender for printing and Supply of Excise Adhesive labels.
Description of work: Excise Adhesive label of 80 gsm Maplitho Paper with 60 gsm of Silicon Paper and 20 gsm of Hot Melt Gum of various sizes as per specification in different colours by Web offset printing and Intaglio printing of security features with computerized variable data printing.
Quote rate per laths of labels separately for different specifications as per Tender document for printing and Supply of Excise Adhesive Labels With Raw Materials and other consumables. Cost should be quoted separately for basic price without taxes and duties and with inclusive of all taxes and duties.
Tender documents and other details can be obtained by pay in Rs.5,000/- (non-refundable) from 29.01.2008 to 29.02.2008 during office hours. Filled in Tender forms are to be submitted with earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs.5,00,000 (interest free) in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any nationalised bank in favour of Managing Director, Marketing Consultants & Agencies Limited, Bangalore – 560 052.
In this regard, interested printers may collect the tender forms at the above address upto 29.02.2008 till 11.00 a.m.
Last date for submitting filled in tender forms is 29.02.2008 before 3.00 p.m. and the Tenders will be opened on 29.02.2008 at 430 p.m. in the presence of tenders who choose to be present at the time of opening.
The tenders in one Sealed cover superscribing the cover as tender for printing and supply of excise labels to be submitted in the 3rd floor of the above office. The Management has the right to accept or reject any or all the fenders without assigning any reasons thereon.
