NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed bids from eligible bidders are invited for PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT UNDER NATIONAL SHOPPING in TEQIP grant for supply of items listed below:
Multi-purpose Smart cards solution for students and
Staff of MNIT including readers, support software,
Web-portal development and integration
General Conditions:
1) Date of start of sale of tender 31.05.2005 (9.00 am)
2) Last date and time of sale of tender : 13.06.2005 (up to 05.00 am)
3) Last Date and time of tender submission : 14.06.2005 (up to 11.00 am)
4) Date and time of tender opening : 14.06.2005 (by 1.00 pm)
Bid documents can be obtained from the officer of the TEQIP Cell, Malaviya National Institute of Technology, JLM Marg, Jaipur on the submission of a written application and payments of a non-refundable fee in the form of a Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- in favour of The Director, Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur payable at Jaipur on all working days either in person or by post, or can download the bidding documents from our website and submit along with a DD for Rs. 500/- as documents fee at the time of tender submission. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of contract are based on the provisions of the World Bank Standard Bidding Documents- Procurement of Goods.
