Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Limited invites from interested parties sealed bids for their Industrial Plant for stacked potato chips Food Division with a capacity of 300 kg/hr located at Gaganpahad Village, Rajendranagar Municipality, R.R Dist, Hyderabad admeasuring approx 3 acres together with Plant and Machinery on immediate sale basis.
I. Description of the properties
Lot I Movable fixed assets including movable plant and machinery, spares, tools and accessories, other movables both lying or stored in or about the borrower`s factories, premises, godowns located on the plot of land as per the details given below.
Lot II: Freehold plots of land situated at Gaganpahad Village, Rajendranagar Municipality, RR Dial. Hyderabad spread Out in an area of 3 Acres of Land with Fabricated Steel Plant Building – having a plinth area of about 18,600 Sft. at

Subject to the charge subsisting in favour of Andhra Bank over the assets mentioned at Lot land II above to the best of knowledge and information of Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Limited (Krebs), there are no other encumbrances and or lien in respect of such assets. Collectors fees, society transfer charges, Stamp duty, customs, property taxes, excise duty, sales tax, cess charges etc if any and any Govt. taxes / levies are to be paid by the successful bidder.
V Terms & Conditions:
1. INSPECTION: On Sept.12 and 13 of 2008 between 11.00 a.m. & 5.00 p.m.
2. Bids should be submitted in sealed envelope at Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Limited, F.No. 401 & 402, Cyber Heights, 4th Floor, Plot No.13, Road No.2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 500 033, before 5.00 p.m. on or before Sept.19, 2008. The bids should be submitted along with DDs/POs for Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) @ 10% of the offer amount drawn on a Scheduled Bank in favour of Andhra Bank A/c of Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Limited, payable at Hyderabad. Preference would be given to highest bidders who bid for composite lots.
3. Bids will be opened at 11 a.m. on Sept22, 2008 at Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Limited Office where the bidders may remain present and if necessary, raise their offer.
4. The successful bidder will have to pay 25% of the offer amount (less amount paid as EMD) by DD or PO in favour of Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Limited payable at Hyderabad immediately and balance amount of 75% of the offer amount on or before Oct. 21, 2008.
5. In the event of default in payment of any of the aforesaid amounts or if the sale is not completed by reasons of any default by successful bidder, the entire amounts paid would be forfeited and property in question would be put up for sale/ disposal at absolute discretion of Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Limited.
6. Physical possession of the property will be given to the successful bidder within 30 days from the date the entire bid amount has been paid.
7. Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded their earnest money on or before Sept.30, 2008
8. Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Limited reserves the right to accept any or reject all offers without assigning any reason and in case all offers are rejected, either to hold negotiations with any of the bidders or to sell the property through private negotiations with any of the bidders or other party / parties, or invite offers again.
