Technical Cum Commercial Tender for supply of HDPE/PP Woven Sacks to Pack Cattle Feed / Mineral Mixture
1) The Karnataka Milk Federation, Bangalore invites tenders from eligible tenderers for the supply of the goods listed below:
i) HDPE/PP Bags to pack 50 kg Cattle Feed on triennial rate contract basis- 1,66,80,000 Nos.
ii) HDPE/PP Bags to pack 50 kg Cattle Feed (Mash) - on triennial rate contract basis - 26,52,000 Nos.
iii) Laminated HDPEIPP Bags to pack 50 kg Mineral Mixture One time supply basis - 70,000 Nos.
2) The tenderers may submit tenders for the goods mentioned above. Tenderers are advised to note the qualification criteria specified in Section VII to qualify for award of the contract.
3) Tender documents may be purchased from the Office of Animal Husbandry Section, KMF Central Office, Bangalore from 20.10.2008 to 18.12.2008, during office hours, by paying non-refundable fee of Rs.1,150/- in the form of Cash or by Demand Draft / Pay Order on any Natonalised / Scheduled Bank payable at Bangalore in favour of the Managing Director, KMF, Bangalore or by post Rs.1,250/-. The KMF, Bangalore will not be held responsible for the postal delay if any.
4) Tenders must be accompanied by security of the amount specified in the tender documents, drawn in favour of the Managing Director, KMF, Bangalore. Earnest Money Deposit will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the Tender document and shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the tender. i.e. totally for 135 days.
5) Tenders must be delivered to the Animal Husbandry Section, KMF on or before 3.00 pm on 19.12.2008 and will be opened on the same day at 4.00 pm in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives. If the office happens to be closed on the last date of receipt of the tenders as specified, the tenders will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
