Sealed Tenders on behalf of Director IIFM are invited from reputed Offset Printers for the job of designing, printing and supply of Placement Brochure. The detailed specifications, quantity, etc. are available in the Tender document, which can be obtained from IIFM on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) by cash or by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, IIFM, Bhopal. The Tender documents will be issued from 05.09.2008 to 19.09.2008 between 2-4 pm on all working days.
The last date of receipt of Tender at the Institute is at 3.00 pm on 22.09.2008 and the Tenders (Technical Bids) will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm in the presence of Tenderers present if any. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.4000/- has to be submitted along with the Tender. Tender document can also be down-loaded from our website : www.iifm.ac.in/tender. Down-loaded tender documents should be submitted along with tender cost of Rs.500/- and EMD.
Tender received without EMD will be rejected. IIFM reserves the right to reject any or all the Tenders received without assigning any reason (s) thereof.
