Pre–qualification of suppliers for imported waste paper
No. HNL/IMP/WP/PQ–07
Pre-qualification bids are invited from prospective suppliers/ authorised agents resourceful of supplying imported Old Newspapers, Magazines, Sorted office paper, Coated Book Stock etc. conforming to International Standards.
Total annual requirement - 25000 MT (approx.)
Tender Documents for pre-qualification can be downloaded from HNL`s website or the same can be obtained directly from the Manager (Finance) on payment of Rs.250/- by cash or DD drawn in favour of Hindustan Newsprint Ltd. payable at Ernakulam. HNL intends to finalise the supply contracts through E-aucfons/ Limited Tender enquiry among the pre-qualified suppliers, to meet the requirement. Completed I pre-qualification bids should reach the Dy. General Manager (Coml.)/ before 25.05.07. HNL reserves the right to accept or reject the pre-qualification bids without assigning any reason thereof.
