Global Notice Inviting Tender for Roll Wrapping Machine and Roll Conveying System
Sealed Bids are invited from reputable manufacturers or their accredited agents, having proven track record for supply of 1 No. Roll Wrapping Machine and Roll Conveying System and supervision of its erection and commissioning.
Tender documents can be obtained by post from Manager (Finance - Sales) at the above address against remittance of Tender fee Rs.2,000/ USD 45 (non - refundable) by D.D drawn in favour of Hindustan Newsprint Ltd., or against cash payment at our cash counter.
Tender documents can also be down loaded from our website. In such case the bidders should submit the tender fee of Rs.2,000/ USD 45 along with their techno - commercial bid (Part -I).
Tenders should be submitted in two part as indicated in the tender documents along with the EMD of Rs.2,00,000 / USD 4500 by DD/ Bank Guarantee, which should reach the Dy. General Manager (Commercial) before the tender closing time of 15.00 hrs. on 11.04.2005. The part one bid will be opened at 15.30 hrs. on 11.04.2005 in the presence of the participating tenderers. Price bid will be opened after intimating technically qualified tenderers. HNL shall not be responsible for non - receipt of bids in time.
HNL reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason thereof.
