Global Notice Inviting Bids
HNL intends to finalise the supply contract for the following materials through e-auction. Techno-commercial bids, alongwith 1kg of specimen samples, are invited from the manufacturers or their accredited agents.
Tender Documents can be obtained from Manager (Fin-Cash) against payment of Rs.500/- by DD/ Cash per tender. Documents can also be downloaded from our website. In such case, cost of tender by DD should be attached along with techno-commercial bid. Those who are qualified In the tech no commercial bids only will be contacted to participate in the e-auction HNL may keep the empanelment valid for a period of two years.
EMD shall be paid through account payee Demand Draft drawn on any scheduled Commercial Bank in our favour payable at Ernakulam. Bank Guarantee encashable in a bank branch in India is also acceptable in lieu of EMD by DD as per our format.
The techno-commercial-bid along with EMD and sample should be submitted to the Dy. General Manager (Commercial) before 15.00 Hrs. On 30.03.05. The bids will be opened at 15.30 hours on the same day.
HNL shall not be responsible for non-receipt of bid in time. HNL reserves its right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason, thereof.
