Tender notice for supply of Stores
1) Sealed tenders are invited for supply of the following items:

Stores required: Food Container 10 Men Set ((5+5) with Bags and Ruck Sack)
Qty.: 2500 Nos.
Delivery Period: Within 60 days from the date of issue of Supply Order. Delivery at 222 ABOD, C/O 99 APO Guwahati, (Assam)
Last Date and Time Submission of Tender: 09.01.06, 10 hrs.
Last Date and Time Opening of Tender: 09.01.06, 11 hrs.
Tender Processing Authority & place of Opening of Tenders: SFP Cell (EME Branch) HQ Eastern Command, Fort William, Kolkata-21.
2) Tender forms can be obtained by hand from SFP Cell (EME Branch), HQ Eastern Command. Fort William, Kolkata-21 on payment of Rs.100/- per form by a crossed bank draft in favour of Public Fund Account HQ Eastern Command (C-6) (Kolkata) upto 1000 h on the last working day before the date of opening of tender. Form can be collected on all working days between 1000 hrs and 1400 hrs.
3) For requirement of TE document by post
a) Requirement of TE document by post can be forwarded to SFP Cell, EME Branch, HQ Eastern Command, Fort William, Kolkata-21 alongwith the following:
i) A crossed account payee Nationalised Bank Draft of Rs.100/- as cost of TE form in favour of Public Fund Account, HQ Eastern Command (C-6).
ii) In addition a self addressed & stamped envelope to be enclosed for forwarding the document. Stamps worth Rs.65/- should be affixed on envelope for Speed Post.
b) If request for TE document by post alongwith demand draft and self addressed envelope are not received atleast within seven calendar days before the Tender Opening Date, this HQ will not be held responsible for any delay in despatch of tender document to proposed supplier/ vendor and consequent submission.
4) Tenders can be dropped in the Tender Box placed at or sent by post to the SFP Cell (EME Branch) HQ Eastern Command, Fort William, Kolkata-21, as per date and time given. Tenders not received by due date and time will not be considered.
5) Envelope to be enfaced/ superscribed with Tender item/ No./ Specific details as per DAVP/ Local advt.
6) Tender will be opened as indicated in tie presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives, who wish to be present. If the date of opening of the tenders happens to be a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time & place.
