Sealed Tenders are invited on the prescribed tender forms from the reputed firms/ societies for supply of the following items as per tender specification.

Earnest Money: Rs.50,000/–
1) Last Date of Issue of Tender Forms 03.08.2005 upto 12,00 PM.
2) Receipt of Sealed Tender Forms 03.08.2005 upto 1.00 PM.
3) Date and time of opening of tenders 03.08.2005 at 3.00 PM.
4) Tenders without 2% Earnest Money will not be entertained Rs.(50.000/-).
5) Cost of Tenders Forms and specifications Rs.150/-.
6) Negotiation, if any, will be done on the same day.
7) Tender Form can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs.150/- on any working day between 1000 hrs. to 1600 hrs.
8) In case the date of opening of the tenders may happen to be a holiday, the next working will be the opening day.
9) Sample can be seen in the office of undersigned on any working day between 1000 hrs. 1600 hrs.
10) The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without giving any reason/ notice.
