1) Rates shall be quoted `As it is and where it is basis`.
2) VAT (Value added tax) as applicable from time to time
3) This quantity may vary according to circumstances.
The tender forms, specification, terms and conditions etc. will be available from 04.04.2009 to 05.05.2009 on cash payment (non-refundable) as shown in the above statement in person from the Dairy Engineer (Aarey), Head Quarter-Worli Dairy on any working day between 11.00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m. by applying on written application with Registration of business under shop Act/Company licence and latest VAT clearance certificate (zerox copies). Separate tender should be submitted for each item. Tender should reach on or before 06.05.2009 at 13.00 hrs. Tender will be opened on 06.05.2009 at 14.30 hrs.
The General Manager, Greater Mumbai Milk Scheme, Worli, Mumbai reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
