For Supply of virgin pulp paper

Sealed tenders duly superscribed are invited by the undersigned from the Grade `A` and Grade `B` paper mills which manufacture White printing paper and Cover paper using virgin pulp for supply of under mentioned items so as to reach this office as per the particulars given below:
I. for single colour books:

Last date & time for issue of tender forms: 14.10.05 upto 5.00 p.m.
Last date & time for submission of tender forms: 18.01.2005 upto 2.00 p.m.
Time & date of Opening: 18.10.2005 3.00 p.m.
Note: The quantity indicated at column No.3 is subject to revision to the extent of actual requirement.
Terms & Conditions:
1) Tender schedule with detailed specifications together with terms and conditions can be had from the undersigned on any working day during the office hours from 15.09.2005 onward on production of requisition duly signed by the Managing Director or General Manager accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs.500/- in favour of Accounts Officer, Office of the Director, AP Govt. Text Book Press, Mint Compound. Hyderabad - 500 063, A.P., for each schedule from any Nationalised Bank drawn after the date of publication of tender notice.
2)
a) Tender schedule can be had either in person duly furnishing an authorization letter from the Managing Director or the General Manager which can also be sent by FAX to eanable to handover the same to the person authorised or by sending self addressed envelope duly affixing postal stamps worth Rs.70/-. They should specifically mention whether they require Tender document for `A` Grade mill or `B` Grade mill,
b) The EMD shall be paid through Demand Draft drawn on Nationalised Bank after the publication of the tender notice in favour if the Accounts Officer, Office of the Director, AP Govt. Text Book Press, Mint Compound, Hyderabad - 500 063 A.P.
3) Money orders, Postal orders and cheques will not be accepted and request for refund of tender fees once shall not be entertained.
4) Tender forms are not transferable and tender sent by VPP, shall not be accepted.
5) Telegraphic quotations will not accepted.
6) Tenders will be opened in the presence of those tenderers or their authorized representatives i.e., not below the rank of M.D./G.M. who are present at that time.
7) Tenders received after due date or unauthorized tender forms will be summarily rejected.
8) The undersigned will not responsible for non receipt/ late receipt of the tender documents requests for tender documents sent by post.
