Entertainment and Luxury Tax Department, Government of Delhi invites tenders
for the supply of Security Holograms
Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Excise, Entertainment and Luxury Tax Department, L and N Block, Vikas Bhawan, I.P. Estate, New Delhi - 110 002
Sealed tenders are invited for supply of Security Holograms for the Excise Department. Intending agencies are requested to submit their tender to DEO (IMFL), office of the Commissioner of Excise, L-Block, Vikas Bhawan, I.P. Estate, New Delhi.
Tender shall be accompanied with a DD of Rs.5,00,000/- as EMD in favour of Collector Excise, Delhi payable at Delhi as applicable as per terms and conditions so as to reach the department by 03.00 pm on 30.04.05. The terms and Conditions along with the prescribed application form for grant of L-52 licence can be obtained on payment of Rs.600/- in cash during office hours on any working day w.e.f. 1.4.2005 from the reception counter of the Officer of Commissioner of excise, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, L-Block, Vikas Bhawan, New Delhi - 02. Alternatively, same can be downloaded from our website www.excise.delhigovt.nic.in. However, in that case the cost of application form and the terms and Conditions of Rs.500/- shall be deposited along with the application by way of Demand Draft in favour of Collector of Excise, Delhi.
The tenders shall be opened at 03.30 pm on the same day in the Chamber of DEO (IMFL), in the presence of the tenderers, or their authorized representative, who may choose to be present. The Excise Commissioner reserves the right to reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason.
