ECIL Invites Tenders For
Supply of Packing Wooden Boxes
Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) Communication Division invites “TWO PART BIDS” in sealed envelopes super scribing for Plywood packing boxes with silver wood battens, Fabrication and marking.
Tender No. and due date for supply of following items addressed to DGM - Materials.
Due Date and opening of techno-commercial bids: 30 January 2010. Price bids will be opened after evaluation of techno-commercial bids only.
Bids are invited only from bidders who have manufacturing facilities with in the state of ANDHRA PRADESH.
The vendor would be required to interact with ECIL Representatives with regard to confirmation of quantity of each item and delivery requirements on regular basis for complete tenure of the contract. Considering the above, Bids are invited only from bidders who have manufacturing facilities with in the state of Andhra Pradesh
Delivery Period:
The deliveries shall be required on staggered basis. The quantity of each item will be intimated to vendors in 20 to 25 days in advance of actual requirement. The finished boxes must be offered for inspection to ECIL representatives at vendor’s works within one week of our intimation. The finished boxes must be delivered at our stores within one week of completion of inspection.
Cost of tender documents (tender fee) Rs.1,000/= (non-refundable).
Earnest Money Deposit Rs.1,50,000/= (refundable)
Security Deposit 10% of order value(refundable)
