Blank tender forms showing approximate quantity together with the terms and conditions can be had from the Reception Counter of this hospital on payment of Rs.100/- only per tender on any working day between 10.00 a.m. & 1.00 p.m. except Saturday. The rates should be quoted for standard quality.
For outstation bidders, it is necessary that request letter, addressed to the Medical Superintendent, Dr. R.M.L. Hospital, New Delhi alongwith a self-addressed envelope affixed with sufficient stamps for sending the Tender Form by Speed Post alongwith Demand Draft of Rs.100/-drawn in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, Dr. RML, Hospital, New Delhi payable at New Delhi.
The Tender Box will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on date noted against each in the presence of attending tenderers in the Conference Room, Old Building of Dr. R.M.L. Hospital, New Delhi. If it falls holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time mentioned above.
