Notice inviting tenders for printing of tickets of weekly lotteries
Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries, SCO : 106-108, Batra Building, Sector 17-D, Chandigarh.
Sealed tenders for the printing of Lottery Tickets & Promoter Coupons (including their designing and processing) of Punjab State Weekly Lottery schemes with denomination of Rs.5/-, as per specifications given below, are invited upto 23 09.2005 (Friday ) by 03.30 p.m.

Note:
1) Ticket and promoter coupons will be printed at one press. Total expected expenditure on both these items will be considered for determining L-1 bidder.
2) The rates offered/ quoted and terms & conditions shall also be applicable for printing of tickets of other draws of this type of Weekly Lottery of Rs.5/-MRP, if any launched by the department in the four months from the date of execution of agreement.
Interested parties/ printers of good reputation and having high security arrangements may apply with earnest money of Rs.50000/- in the shape of Bank Draft payable at Chandigarh in favour of Director, Punjab State Lotteries. Cheques shall not be considered. Tenders without earnest money shall be considered invalid.
Printers shall attach printed samples of tickets including the numbering of tickets. The delivery of tickets will be FOR Ludhiana/ Chandigarh as per the date specified in the print order.
Terms and conditions for the printing of lottery tickets can be obtained from this office during working hours on payment of Rs.1000/- and the receipt of Rs.1000/- must be attached with the tender as a proof.
The offers received will be opened on 23.09.2005 (Friday) at 3.35 p.m. by the Tender Committee reserves the right to reject or accept any tender without assigning any reason. Director Punjab state Lotteries Chandigarh
