Tender Notice
The Dairy Development Commissioner, Maharashtra State, Mumbai on behalf of the Governor of Maharashtra invites sealed Tenders for supply of 3,00,000 Nos. 200 ml. capacity A.C.L. printed Glass Bottles for Energee to G.M.M.S., Worli during the year 2009-10.
1) The Tender Form specifications, terms and conditions will be available from 02.04.2009 to 24.04.2009 on Cash payment of Rs.2000/- (non-refundable) in person from the Office of Dairy Development Commissioner, Maharashtra State, Administrative Bidg., 2nd Floor (Desk-12), Khan Abdul Gafarkhan Road, Worli Seaface, Mumbai-400 018 on any working day between 1100 hrs. to 1500 hrs.
2) Rs.15,000/- Earnest Money Deposit (Refundable) should be submitted with Tender.
3) The Tenders along with 30 sample Energee Bottles should reach the Office of the Dairy Development Commissioner on or before 27.04.2009 at 1300 hrs. and will be opened as far as possible on same day at 1430 hrs.
4) The Dairy Development Commissioner, Maharashtra State, Mumbai reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
