The Bid Document can be purchased from the office of the Commissioner Treasuries and Accounts MP Bhopal by paying Rs.1000 in cash or crossed Demand Draft in favour of Commissioner Treasuries and Accounts MP payable at Bhopal during working hours from 13.07.2005 onwards till three working days before the date of opening of Bids i.e. 18.07.05. The Bid Documents can also be sent by courier or registered post on payment Rs.100 extra for this purpose.
Bids can be submitted up to 1500 hrs. on the date of opening of Bids. Date of opening of Bid is 25.07.2005.
Commissioner Treasuries and Accounts reserves the right to reject any or all the Bids in whole or part without assigning any reasons thereof.
