invites tenders for stationers/printers to prepare Hollow Stickers
Sealed Tenders are invited from the stationers/printers to prepare Hollow Stickers as detailed below:
1) Self adhesive Craft Paper (60+gsm) Hollow Stickers with blank (white) butter paper back, printed in single color in size of 10.0 cms 7.00 cms with 0.5 cm. Glue on all four edges of craft paper keeping balance portion unglued. Each piece of four Hollow Stickers will have half cut between each sticker, i.e. craft paper will have Horizontal as vertical cut to separate them later.
2) Contents of Tender document are available on Board’s website, www.mpbse.nic.in. Tender application forms are available at Data section of the Board during office hours on all working days from 4.11.06 onwards at the cost of Rs.1,000/- Completed tenders along with the authentic proof of eligibility conditions and earnest money Rs.50,000 in the form of a crossed demand draft drawn on any scheduled bank payable at Bhopal to the ``Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, M.P. Bhopal`` may be sub milled between 11.00 am and 5.00 pm on all working days or up to 3 pm on 20.11.2006 at Data section of the Board. Technical bid would be open at 1 pm on 22.11.2006 by the Additional Secretary in the presence of secretary, Board of Secondary Education, M.P. at the Board office (Conference Hall, First Floor), and Bhopal. Bidders or their duly authorized representatives are most welcome to be present at the time of opening of the tenders at their own expenses. All rights against this tender are reserved with the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education M.P., Bhopal.
