Sealed tenders are invited from reputed Computer Printing Firms located in Kolkata possessing STCC/ ITCC Certificates
i) for printing and supply of preprinted continuous computer stationeries in respect of Five Lakh candidates for HSC, NRTS, CT and Prathama, Madhyama Examination 2007.
ii) Computerisation of Data processing in respect of three lakh candidates for HSC Examination 2008.
The tender document can be had from the Office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.208 only in cash at the BSE, Orissa, Office Counter at B.K. Road, Cuttack – 753 001 on any Working day or through A/c payee DD in favour of Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Orissa payable at the State Bank of India, City Branch, Cuttack (Code No.1663) from 12.01.07 to 20.01.07. Sample copies of required preprinted stationeries may be seen in the Office of the Board.
Last date for issue and submission of tender paper is 20.01.07 at 3.00 pm.
Sealed tender will be opened on 20.01.07 at 4.00 pm in presence of the tenderers or their agents duly authorize. Tenders without valid documents shall not be considered. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
