Non transferable Bid Documents containing description of the machines required as also other terms & conditions may be had from the office of the Controller of Stores against payment of cost either in cash or by Crossed Demand Draft payable to Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer ``COFMOW`` New Delhi. The sale timings of bid documents will be 10.30 hours to 15.00 hours excluding lunch recess from 13.30 to 14.00 hrs. On all working days except the day of opening of the offer. The sale of Document will be closed at 14.00 hours on the prior date. The offers complete in all respect will be received upto 11.00 hours and will be opened at 11.30 hours on the dates specified above. If the tenderer is downloading tender documents from the website, should deposit the cost of tender documents separately (in addition to earnest money) in the envelope containing the technical offer in the form of an other Demand Draft payable to Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer, COFMOW, New Delhi, failing which offer is liable to be summarily rejected.

Bidders will be required to:

i) Furnish a Bid Guarantee for the amount specified above for each tender. Any tender not accompanied by earnest money in one of the approved forms given in clause 0601 of section 1 of Bid Document Part 1 shall be summarily rejected or seek exemption under clause 0609 of section 1 of Bid Document Part 1.

ii) Furnish their offers open for 150 days (180 days for two packet system) from the date of opening of bids.

iii) Furnish contract Performance Guarantee Bonds for 10% of the contract value in the event of a contract being awarded to them. NSIC regd. Firms seeking exemption from PG Bond for items & up to monetary limit of their registration with NSIC should submit necessary documentary proof. NSIC registered firm should submit the PG Bond if the monetary limit is less than the tender value.
