Note:
1)Offer(s) received from any bidder shall be summarily rejected on National Security Consideration without any intimation thereof to the bidder.
2)Purchase preference shall be accorded to the Central Public Sector Undertakings in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Department of Public Enterprises, Govt. of India from time to time.
3)The General Manager, Bank Note Press, Dewas (M.P.), India, reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders wholly or in part without assigning any reason. Tenders received late will be rejected. Delay due to Postal/ Courier etc. will not be considered.

Prescribed tender forms showing specifications, terms and conditions for supply of above item can be had on payment of Rs.500 for Sl. No. 1 and Rs.100 for Sl. Nos. 2 and 3 from the office of The General Manager, Bank Note Press, Dewas (M.P.) on any working day (except Monday) up to 14.07.2005 for Sl. Nos. 1 and 3 and 19.07.2005 for Sl. No. 2 by Money Order/ Demand Draft/ Indian Postal Order payable at Dewas (M.P.) in favour of Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer, Bank Note Press, Dewas (M.P.). Please note that separate tender forms should be purchased for each of the above items.
