On behalf of President of India, Sr. General Manager, Ammunition Factory, Khadki, Pune – 411 003 (a unit of Dept. of Defence Production & Supplies, Ministry of Defence) invites applications from reputed manufacturers, other than established suppliers/ suppliers with pending orders for the item, for issuing Tender forms for development of new sources for the following item.

Note: Applicant should apply along with requisite credentials.
1. Applicant Firms should be registered or willing to register with Ordnance Factories, if not registered already, firms may collect registration form from AFK.
2. Applicantion should accompany with a Demand Draft/I.P.O. of Rs. 200/- (Non refundable) drawn in favour of the Sr. General Manager, Ammunition Factory, Khadki, Pune- 411003 clearly indicating the tender reference & description of item.
3. The last date of receipt of application will be 15/11/09.

5. Prospective bidders should be experienced in the manufacturing of similar items and
possess adequate infrastructure and financial capability for the same. They should fulfill
necessary statutory requirements of Central/State Govt.
6. Successful bidder(s), who completed one supply order for a minimum quantity of 50% of the tender quantity will only be considered as established supplier for issue of future TE..
7. Applications should accompany registration form duly filled in alongwith the following credentials for examination & consideration for the purpose of short listing (separate set for each item) Application without registration form duly filled in is liable for rejection.

machineries/ testing equipments.
h) Details of Quality systems, ISO – 9000 certification etc.
i) Documents in support of supplying the similar items to other Organisations /Ordnance Factories.
j) Details of registration with Ordnance Factories/DGQA/NSIC/DGS&D etc.
8. Tender will be issued to the short listed firms, Sr. General Manager reserves the right to
accept/ reject the application without assigning any reasons thereof.
