for supply of virgin pulp paper
Tender notice for Supply of ``Virgin Pulp Paper``

1) Sealed tenders are invited for supply Virgin Pulp Paper from Grade `A` & Grade `B` mills separately which manufacture paper using Virgin Pulp, as per the following details. For Multi colour books: (i) White Printing Paper 60 GSM 900 M.T.s (Milk White Shade reel paper); (ii) White Printing Paper 70180 GSM - 1100 M.T.s (Milk White shade reel paper): (iii) M.F. White Cover Paper 140 GSM- 150 M.T.s (Milk white shade sheet paper)
2) Earnest Money Deposit: 1% of the quoted value or Rs.2,50,000 (Which ever is less)
3) Date from which tender forms will be issued: 30.10.2008
4) Last date & time for issue of tender forms: 4.00 p.m. of 12.11.2008
5) Last date & time for submission of tender forms: 1.00 p.m. of 13.11.2008
6) Date of opening of Tenders: 3.00 p.m. of 13.11.2008.
7) Cost of Tender Form: 1000/- payable through DD (Obtained from any Nationalised Bank and payable at Hyderabad) in favour of Asst. Accounts Officer. AR Govt. Tax Blood Press, Mint Compound, Hyderabad - 500 063, AP.
8) Tender forms also can be obtained through post by furnishing a Demand Draft for Rs.1050/-, however the department will not take any responsibility of postal delays, if any, in receipt of the blank tender forms by the applicant.
9) The quantity required by the department is subject to revision; item wise details and terms and conditions are in the Tender form.
10) The tender form is not transferable. Government reserves the right to cancel these tender notifications without assigning any reason thereof.
